How long does it take? 

Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 2-7 days. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

It takes about 2–5 business days to create your designs and products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@printsteve.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

What currency are Print Steve prices? 

All prices on our store are denominated in USD. 

 

What if I am not happy with my portrait? 

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make a revision, just let us know what should be changed, and we'll do it.

 

What can I have as my background? 

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen. 

 

Do pets count as a person? 

Unfortunately yes. 

 

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait? 

Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with. 

 

Can you work from more than one photo? 

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

 

What quality should the photo I send to you be? 

The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues. 

 

I have a large group I need doing? 

No problem just drop us an email and we can discuss large jobs. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here. 

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
